A motorist died after he crashed into a car part in south-east England on Wednesday.
The 28-year-old man was taken to a north London hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the North Yorkshire Ambulance Service said.
The vehicle part had come loose and was hitting a parked car in the city’s Blackwall area, in the north-west of the county.
He was pronounced pronounced dead at the scene.
Police were appealing for witnesses to come forward.
The crash is the latest death in a string of accidents involving car parts on roads across the UK.
Earlier this month, a man died after being hit by a car which hit a tree in Cambridgeshire.
