A Texas woman is facing charges for allegedly killing her two-year old son with a car part in August.
Kendra Miller was charged with murder in the death of her son, who was found with the parts inside a vehicle that had been left outside on the road.
According to court documents, the child had been with Miller’s family for a few weeks, according to WFAA.
The boy was playing with his older brother and his sister when the incident happened.
Miller told authorities that her son was in the car when the parts went off, but she did not have the child inside the vehicle.
She told investigators that the car was parked on a driveway when the accident occurred.
Miller also said that she had no idea that her boy was in a car.
